Four conditions, all enforced by the contract.

• Your snapshot is 8 minutes old — under the 1 hour limit.
• Health factor 1.42 is above the 1.05 floor. You cannot insure a fire that has already started.
• Duration 30 days sits inside 1–90 days.
• Vault has 137,500 CTC free — enough to cover 2,500 CTC in full.

Cover pays a fixed amount on a liquidation event. It does not track how much you actually lost, and it is not a hedge against price moves.
